This year me and group member had to plan and deiced what we were going to make and this is what we picked.


This is the pastie this we have made before it has cooked 
This is it after it has been cooked you can tell because it is Golding .
This is a very taste snack. This is the things you need for it .

This is the recipe for the Jam filled puff pastries and the ingredients

Ingredients 

Puff pastry,   Value Flaky Puff Pastry Sheets 1kg         3.99ea

Jam,    Pams Raspberry Jam 500g                              2.39ea

Egg,     Farmer Brown Size 7 Eggs 6pk                        2.49ea

Icing  sugar,     Pams Icing Sugar 500g                        1.35ea

Raspberries ,   Produce Raspberries 125g                      6.99ea

Baking paper,   Pams Baking Paper 300mm Wide         2.59ea                     Cost all together    $20.73 


Chopping board 

Oven tray 

Sharp knife 

Oven(preheat to  200c )

Spoon 

Pastry brush 


Recipe for the puff pastries


Pull out the white chopping board and place your puff pastry on top, then cut the puff pastry into four even parts,once they

are even as you can get them cut wide shape slits in all for corners or two .Then put jam in center fold the outside corners

in to the center then put egg wash on top.place into the oven and wait for 13-14 minutes. Now let them chill.
